Cancellation Policy

Aussie Syfi Collectables fully complies with the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL). Our Policy allows cancellation of in-stock items via email before they ship. This can be done by contacting support@aussiesyficollectables.com.

Special and Pre-orders
In Australia, purchases require an exchange of funds after an offer is accepted to formalize a purchase contract. All outstanding pre-orders may be canceled before payment has been processed and for up to 24 hours after payment, once payment is processed, you can not cancel a preorder. 

Shipments
When items are added to a shipment, we begin fulfilling your order. Once this happens, things can no longer be canceled. Loads are created when:

You place an order for in-stock items and request that they ship immediately
Special or Pre-orders that have been ordered and payments have been made.

Payments in Process
All cancellation options may be temporarily unavailable when we process payment for your order. If this occurs, please try again after a few minutes of processing.

Cancellation due to non-Payment
Payment for all items must be received within three days of when the items are available to ship. If payment is not received and cleared within three days, it will be automatically canceled.
